Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the Incredible Vegetables website located at www.incrediblevegetables.co.uk. Please read these terms and conditions carefully.

BY USING OUR SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

A confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of order and again when the goods are dispatched.

Orders for seeds and tubers are shipped within 3 working days and should arrive within a week from the date of ordering (within the UK) and 14 days (European Union)

A full refund will be given if it is not possible to complete the order due to specific seeds or tubers no longer being available.

Images of Goods appearing on the Seller’s website are for the purposes of representation only. Unfortunately, Incredible Vegetables cannot accept goods ordered as faulty on the grounds of any differences in appearance to pictures of the goods as featured on the website.

The Customer shall inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify Incredible Vegetables by email within seven working days if the goods ordered are damaged or do not comply with the terms of the Contract. If the Customer fails to do so, the Customer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods.

Delivery of the goods shall be made to the Customer’s address specified in the Order and the Customer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.

Payment
Our online ordering system accepts payment via Paypal and credit or debit cards using the Paypal secure payment gateway.

Alternatively, email us at info@incrediblevegetables.co.uk and ask for details of how to pay via BACS through your online banking. We also accept cheques, just ask for details.

Incredible Vegetables is not VAT registered.
