Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the Incredible Vegetables website located at www.incrediblevegetables.co.uk. Please read these terms and conditions carefully.

BY USING OUR SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

A confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of order and again when the goods are dispatched.

Once payment is made for an order through our website your order cannot be added to. Two orders placed at different times cannot be combined.

A full refund will be given if it is not possible to complete the order due to specific seeds or plants no longer being available.

Images of Goods appearing on the Seller’s website are for the purposes of representation only. Unfortunately, Incredible Vegetables cannot accept goods ordered as faulty on the grounds of any differences in appearance to pictures of the goods as featured on the website.

The customer shall inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify Incredible Vegetables by email within seven working days if the goods ordered are damaged or do not comply with the terms of the contract. If the customer fails to do so, the customer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods. Once plants have been planted in the ground we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for the plants.

If there is any issue at all with the plants/seeds you have received we will do our very best to resolve this for you.

Delivery of the goods shall be made to the customer’s address specified in the order and the customer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.

Payment
Our online ordering system accepts payment via Paypal and credit or debit cards using a secure payment gateway. We are unable to accept payment by BACS or cheques.

Incredible Vegetables is VAT registered.
