Hog peanut Amphicarpaea bracteata

Amphicarpaea bracteata also known as hog peanut or talet. A leguminuous plant that does well in a bit of shade and produces an underground crop of tasty beans as well as aerial flowers with smaller harder seeds. It’s a nitrogen fixing crop and can be used as a bit of a ground cover plant too. We have had a small yield of the underground beans each year.
